Invitation To Bid (ITB) for supplying relief support materials

Good Neighbors International Nepal has been working in Nepal since 2002 for improving the lives of poor people, especially children through child protection, education, income generation, health services, water, sanitation and hygiene, disaster risk reduction/climate change adaptation, and advocacy programs. Currently, Good Neighbors International Nepal serves marginalized, vulnerable, and poor children, families, and communities in 20 districts across Nepal.

Good Neighbors International Nepal (GNI Nepal) is going to procure relief support materials such as temporary shelters items, kitchen items, hygiene items and food items. So, this bid notice was published to supply the relief support materials from interested and eligible suppliers/firm.

Procedures for the submission of bid:

Interested and eligible company/firm are requested to submit the bid via email or hand delivery to Good Neighbors International Nepal Head Office at Lagankhel, Lalitpur or email to eoi@gninepal.org clearly marking the subject with “Bid for Supplying of relief support materials” by 1st September 2026, 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Time). Good Neighbors International Nepal reserves all rights to make the final decision regarding selecting the company/firm without any obligations.

Note: Bidders may submit bids for either category-wise items or all package items, based on their available services, expertise, and capacity.
