Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) is a non-governmental organization established in October 2001 and registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Mahottari. The organization works for the welfare and development of children, youth, and women. Its major working areas include health and education, water and sanitation, environmental sustainability, livelihood improvement, income generation, disaster risk management, conflict resolution, information and technology, and other rights-based development initiatives.

Under the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) and the Emergency WASH Response and Resilience Support in Madhesh Province Project, implemented by DSWCN–Mahottari with financial and technical support from Good Neighbors International Nepal, DSWCN invites sealed bids from eligible firms for Learning /Hygiene Corner furtniture items for students.

Interested individuals, firms and companies can collect the Bid Document and further information from on submission of their legal documents to email: dswcn.procurement@gmail.com  or from our below mentioned office addresses.

Bid and Place Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, 20th March 2026, at the office addresses given below.

Mode of Submission: Sealed Envelope

Notes: 

1. DSWCN, Mahottari will provide bid document without any fee after registration of interest and eligible individuals/firm for the bid. 
2. This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of DSWCN, Mahottari, either financial or otherwise. DSWCN, Mahottari reserves the right to accept or reject of all response without incurring an obligation.
