The Nepal Development Initiative (NEDI), in partnership with the Good Shepherd International Foundation Nepal (GSIF Nepal), is currently implementing the project “Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship” (NEDI/SE/2025–28/06), which requires the services of a qualified consulting firm or a team of individuals to perform the consultancy work on Prepare responsible business due diligence toolkit as described in this document.

In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following:
