Invitation for Sealed Quotation

Kalika Self-reliance Social Center, under the Transforming Lives Through Nutrition Project, invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible Nepali individuals or firms for the procurement of the following items for households with malnourished children in Shuddhodhan, Mayadevi, Yashodhara, and Bijaynagar Rural Municipalities of Kapilvastu District.

Eligible bidders must submit copies of:

• Firm/PAN/VAT registration certificate 
• Cottage/industry registration certificate with valid renewal 
• Tax clearance certificate for Fiscal Year 2081/082

1. Fruit Saplings 
2. Stainless Steel Water Filter 
3. Hermetic Bag 
4. WASH Kit 

Sealed quotations must be duly filled, signed, and stamped on each page, and properly sealed (Laha Chhap) in an envelope. The envelope must be submitted to the office of Kalika Self-reliance Social Center (KSSC-Nepal), Taulihawa, Kapilvastu no later than 5:00 PM on 6th Baishakh 2083 (19th April 2026).

The submitted sealed quotations will be opened on 7th Baishakh 2083 (20th April 2026) at 11:00 AM in the presence of concerned bidders or their representatives. In case the submission deadline falls on a public holiday or Saturday, submissions must be made on the next working day within office hours.

Terms and Conditions:

• Bidders must clearly mention the unit price and total amount (in both figures and words) in the provided quotation form. In case of discrepancy, the amount written in words shall prevail. 
• Separate sealed quotations must be submitted for each item, and the item name must be clearly mentioned on the envelope. 
• All legal documents must be valid and submitted along with the quotation; failure to do so will result in disqualification. 
• Any costs incurred in preparing and submitting the quotation shall not be borne by the organization. 
• The quantity of items may increase or decrease as required. 
• Bidders quoting above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) will be automatically disqualified. 
• The supplier must deliver the goods to the organization’s office at Taulihawa; no additional facilities or allowances will be provided for transportation. 
• Quotations submitted via email will not be accepted; only hard-copy sealed submissions will be registered and considered. 
• Late or improperly submitted quotations will not be entertained. 
• The date and opening time will be communicated to bidders; however, absence of the bidder or their representative will not hinder the opening process. 
• The Procurement and Auction Committee of Kalika Self-reliance Social Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason, or to cancel the notice altogether.

• All other matters not covered in this notice shall be governed by the organization’s procurement guidelines.
