Action for Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Non-Local Construction Materials for the Kharikhola Drinking Water Supply Project at Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality, Khotang Nepal.

1. Bid Documents with detailed Scope of Work, Terms, and Conditions can be received from Action for Nepal Kathmandu upon submission of a written request letter on the official letterhead with the submission of sample items listed below (non-returnable) in Action for Nepal office till 9th December 2025 (23rd Mangsir 2082) 17:00 PM.

Note: The bidder must supply the same category of materials that they submit as a sample items.

List of Sample Items:

a) Water Meter: 1 Pcs

b) Brass Union 1-1/2”: 1 Pcs   

c) GI Union 1-1/4”: 1 pc 

d) Brass Gate Valve 15mm: 1 pcs   

e) GI Nipple 1”: 1pcs   

f) Brass Tap 400 gm: 1 pc

g) Flow Regulator 15mm: 1 pcs     

h) Ferrule 15mm: 1 pc

i) GI Elbow 2”: 1 pc

j) PE-100, PN-16, 20mm: 5 meters

2. The Sealed Bid along with the copy of other documents as requested in the Bid Document must be submitted to the Action for Nepal Kathmandu not later than 12:00 PM, 10th December 2025 (24th Mangsir 2082). Bid Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. The supplied Bids must be valid for FY 2082/83.

4. If the last date of submission falls on an Action for Nepal holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date of submission and same with the Bid opening Time.

5. Action for Nepal, Kathmandu reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Bid Document without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

Note: Action for Nepal Office Kathmandu Remains closed on every Saturday and Sunday.
