PTYSM Jajarkot, under a joint procurement model, is working together to streamline the acquisition process for Classroom Sitting Arrangement Materials for schools under World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal)–funded projects.

PTYSM Jajarkot hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids or submit via email with PDF password protection for the supply and delivery of the following:

Classroom Sitting Arrangement Materials

Detailed specifications, quantities, and bidding requirements for Sitting arrangement is provided in the bid document, which can be downloaded from the link provided below.

Bidders may submit bids for sitting arrangement title must be clearly mentioned on subject and bidder can send the bids through the below mention email or hardcopy to PTYSM Office.

A one-year Long Term Framework Agreement (LTFA) may be established with the successful bidder(s), with a possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Bidder need to summit performance bid security after selection process completed.

2. Last three years Tax Clearance certificate
3. Working experience letters
