Second Time Notice

SODCC, Parsa in support of UNICEF invites sealed BID from reputed and qualified national companies/firms for the Installation of Tube Well Boring in Drought-Affected Areas in Birgunj Metropolitan City Parsa District & Surunga Municipality Saptari District. Interested bidders may obtain further information from SODCC Parsa, at the address given below during the office working hours mentioned time here. 

1. Bidding documents can be purchased by the bidders upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2000.00 (Two Thousand Only) in cash through physically submission. Alternatively, the bidders can obtain the bidding documents online by depositing the above-mentioned amount to the below-stated bank account of SODCC by sending a deposit slip. 

2. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 2.5% of the bid amount, either in cash or in the form of a bank guarantee issued by a commercial bank, along with the bid document. The bid security will be released upon completion of the assigned task.

3.  A bid security equivalent to 2.5% of the total bid amount must be deposited into the following bank account.

4. Last date for purchasing the BID document:

April 3, 2026, by 5:00 PM

5. The bid must be submitted to the address provided below on or before 5:00 PM, April 5, 2026.

Note:

Any company or firm that has already submitted bidding documents in response to the first notice is not required to resubmit. Their previously submitted bids will remain valid and will be considered in the evaluation process.

SODCC Parsa reserves the right to accept or reject any/all BID documents without any necessary reason/justification.
