About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment & Fund Management Professional to manage investment activities focused on primary and secondary equity investments, project feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate has practical knowledge of Nepal's capital market and can independently analyze investment opportunities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

Experience

• 2–3 years in Nepal's capital market, particularly secondary-market equity trading/investment
• Experience analyzing listed companies, financial statements, and market trends
• Exposure to IPO, FPO, Rights Shares, or Private Placement 
• Experience in financial feasibility studies, investment analysis
• Portfolio/fund management experience (added advantage)
• Added value to those candidates who are exposed in broker and securities companies
• Experience in accounting and finance functions, including bookkeeping and tax compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the investment portfolio; identify and recommend investment opportunities
• Conduct fundamental/technical analysis and prepare Buy/Hold/Sell reports
• Execute purchase and sale transactions in the secondary market
• Prepare financial indicators (IRR, NPV, DSCR, Payback, Sensitivity Analysis) for project feasibility
• Prepare periodic investment reports and coordinate with brokers, banks, and auditors
• Oversee accounting and finance operations, including maintenance of books of accounts, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Ensure statutory compliance (Income Tax, TDS, audits) and manage administrative functions such as payments, office administration.
