Initiation for Quotation to Supply & Deliver Furniture & Flooring

1. PYS Background

Progressive Youth Society (PYS) Bajhang in partnership with World Vision International officially started to work in Bajhang and implementing the Integrated Program framework/ Sponsorship Operation Plan (IPF/SOP) program as a major focused sector in Bajhang district of Sudurpaschim Province. Through Integrated Program framework/ Sponsorship Operation Plan (IPF/SOP) program, PYS & WVI Nepal is facilitating the community led support and care, strengthening of child protection system (formal & informal) to functionalize the services in regards to child wellbeing. The organization is also advocating child well-being and other important issues both locally and nationally.

1. Interested suppliers has to submit application from 7th May, 2026 to 18 May, 2026. 
2. Accept Hard/Soft Copy technical and financial proposal could be submitted at PYS Bajhang office by physically/courier or password protected PDF file by Mail.
3. PYS Bajhang may establish a 5 Months long framework agreement with the awarded supplier.
4. PYS Bajhang reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this Quotation as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever. 
5. VAT/PAN certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate and other registration and renewal document should be submitted physically along with technical Documents at PYS Bajhang office.
6. Vendor have to properly fill up and get stamp with signature in the all documents, who provide from PYS Bajhang.

Note: The organization may establish a 5 Months Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the selected suppliers/vendor/firm.
