Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our hotel.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable first

impressions and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure

Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and accuracy

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation

Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate as necessary

Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Uphold security procedures, including guest ID verification and emergency protocols

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable using computer systems; experience with hotel management software a

plus

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Minimum +2 Completed; hospitality training is a plus
