Finance Officer

At Green Decision Labs & Research (GD Labs and Research), we’re looking for an enthusiastic, growth-oriented 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 with 1–2 years of experience who wants to build strong practical expertise while growing with a dynamic, multi-business group.

This is more than a role. It’s an opportunity to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside experienced professionals.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Maintain accurate, segregated accounts for each GDLABS business unit
• Consolidate multi-entity financials into group-level reports
• Manage payables/receivables, bank reconciliations & cash flow
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely tax, VAT & payroll filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Track project/product costs and profitability with unit heads
• Prepare audit-ready documents and coordinate with external auditors

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing multiple businesses and cost centers or having enthusiasm to learn
• Strong accounting software (Tally) & Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial consolidation and inter-entity transactions
• Highly enthusiastic about learning and excelling in the field
• Looking for a platform to grow professionally and build long-term expertise, rather than focusing only on immediate returns
• High attention to detail, integrity & confidentiality
