Finance Manager

Tdh Nepal is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual for the position of Finance Manager to be based in Kathmandu, Nepal with field travel as required.

General job description of the position:

The Finance Manager Nepal is responsible for all financial aspects of Terre des hommes operations in Nepal. S/he contributes to the development of the systems and processes in link with HQ support team in the Asia zone, proactively building, as part of the team, towards financial sustainability of Nepal country office.

The Finance Manager works closely with the Financial Controller supporting Asia from HQ, the Head of Country office, and Country Finance Team to ensure compliance with policies, evaluation, managing audits, and development of staff, and to support wider operational and strategic decision making as a key member of the senior management Team.

The Finance Manager is in charge to ensure effective, high quality, harmonized and compliant Finance and service delivery to the HQ and within the Nepal Country office, through excellence in performance, supervision, guidance and strengthening of existing structures.
