PeaceWin Nepal

PeaceWin is a woman lead, non-government, not for profit making, social development organization. It was established locally in 2047 B.S. (26 September. 1990 A.D.) and registered in District Administration Office of Bajura in B.S. 2049 Paush 5 (20 December 1992 A.D.). The organization envisions a “Proficient Person, Happy Family, and Prosperous Society.” It works with underprivileged groups, especially with children and women for promotion and practices of their social, economic, cultural rights. It addresses on program integration and mainstreaming of social issues, like: Chhaupadi, child marriage, and gender-based violence, caste & other forms of discriminations. PeaceWin Nepal has been implementing the UNFPA 9th Country Programme (2023–2027) in Sudurpaschim Province since April 2024. Under this programme, PeaceWin will organize various training courses at the local level to strengthen capacity on SRHR, GBV, gender equality and finance literacy with business linkage related area.

To support the design and facilitation of these trainings, PeaceWin Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced individual consultants or consulting firms.

Scope of Consultancy:

A) Three days' gender transformative approach (GTA) training to the adolescents and youth identified as the early adopters, change agents including the opinion makers. Three Events ( Belauri-1, Badimlika-1, Dipayal Shigadhi-1)

Required Number of Consultant: 2 (Training lead facilitator -1, Training facilitation co-lead -1)

Required qualification and experience:  MTOT  of Gender Transformative Approach. Experience on training facilitation GTA and women rights related thematic. Familiar on Sudurpaschim provincial government policies and procedure and the good. knowledge on women rights related national and international policy and provision. 

B) Three days formalize your business, (FYB) training to family dialogue graduates Entrepreneur women who have started the micro Entrepreneurship 2025.

Required number of consultant: 2 (Training lead-1, Training Co-lead-1)

Required qualification: MTOT on SYIB/FYB and facilitation experience on training, knowledge on business linakge and local context, knowledge on GBV prevention and response and women rights, Government policy and provision about the business linkage.
