Expression of Interest (EOI) Notice

Preservation of Environment and Social Welfare Association of Nepal (PESWAN) is a non-governmental organization working in Kanchanpur district. With the partnership of Plan International Nepal, PESWAN is implementing the project -Resilient Future- Ending Child Marriage in Nepal. 

PESWAN requests Expression of Interest (EoI) from the consultancy firms, individuals or organization for Consultancy Service to facilitate the assignment titled: “Content Design and Boosting of CEFM and Climate Crisis (CC) Related Messages through Social Media”

under the project “Resilient Future: Ending Child Marriage in Nepal” in Kanchanpur District.

Scope of Work

The consultant/service provider will be responsible for:

• Social media content designing and scripting
• Production and boosting of awareness reels, graphics, and captions
• Campaign management through Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Reporting and analytics of campaign performance

Duration

The assignment will be completed within 25 days from the date of contract signing.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media boosting
• Experience working with I/NGOs or awareness campaigns
• Valid legal registration and tax documents

• PAN/VAT Registration
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Relevant experience documents/sample works

Interested individual consultants, or firms are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals separately with password protected to procurement.peswan@gmail.com no later than 1 June 2026. Any proposal submitted without password protection shall be automatically disqualified.
