Notice for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Training and Services Providers

Winrock International (Winrock) Nepal has received financial assistance from MCA-Nepal to implement the Project “Capacity Building Activities to Enhance Electricity Use”. The aim of the Skill Training Program is centered on delivering skills training for Productive Use of Electricity (PUE) of ETP affected communities (priority of aged between 18-45 years) with the goal of income generation and employment. With this notice, Winrock International invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purpose of short listing the qualified, eligible and experienced Training and Service Providers (TSPs) to provide Skill Training along with Employment/ Self Employment Services for Electrical Transmission Line Project (ETP) affected communities. Experienced, eligible and interested TSPs are invited to submit their EOI no later than 10th October 2025, 1 PM Nepal Time, either alone or in a joint venture (JV) with other TSPs. In the case of JV, the agreement between JV partners must be submitted. The details of leading TSP and its JV partners also should be documented. To be eligible the interested TSP should have a minimum of Five years of similar type of work experience.
