Expression of Interest (EOI) Supply of Goods & Services

ActionAid International Nepal is in the process of revising its database of eligible suppliers/vendors for below following categories. Eligible & Interested companies can seek expression of interest (EOI) for the year 2026.

Categories:

1. Designing and Printing (Diary, Brochure, Annual Reports, Poster, Books, Leaflets, Sticker etc.)
2. Visibility Materials (T-Shirt, Caps, Bags, Cups, Pens, jackets, ID cards, Visiting Cards, Gift Items etc.)
3. IT Equipment Supplies, Servicing & Repair Maintenance (Laptop, Batteries, Photocopier, Headphones, Printer, Pen drives, Hard Drives, Telephone sets, Heater, water dispenser, Fan, Network cabling and troubleshooting work, IT accessories and its repair & maintenance)
4. Media Houses (Paper and online advertisements, Production houses – TV shows, video shoots & documentary, case stories, reels, News Articles, Podcast etc.)
5. Media Agency: Designing, digital media development and digital promotion
6. Printing Houses (label, tag, flex, cloth, and handprint)
7. Emergency materials Suppliers (Non-Food Items, Food Items, Basic tool kits, Household kits, hygiene kits, dignity kits, tents, woolen cloths, blankets, mattress, etc.)
8. Fiber, Fabric & Materials (Hemp, Cotton, Nettle, Dhaka, local and organic fabric)
9. Sewing tools (electric sewing machine, interlock machine, Cutting machine, Designer Scissors etc) 
10. Sewing Materials for fabrications (Needles, Buttons, Zippers, Threads, Lace, paper bags, paper Pouch fabrics, Bakram, Pasting, Elastics, Hook, Pin/push button, Botton, Hard papers, Chain, Cord, Foam, Measuring tape, Tailor’s chalk etc.)
11. Gift items (Shawls, wooden frames)
12. Hotel Service within Kathmandu (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur)
13. Hotel Service outside Kathmandu (Dhulikhel, Nagarkot, Nepalgunj, Chitwan, Makwanpur, Birjung, Janakpur, Bardibas, Surkhet, Bardiya, Dhangadi, Kapilvastu, Rupendehi, Dhading, Pokhara)

Mandatory Requirements for Pre-Qualification

• Company Profile
• Legal Documents (A copy of latest tax clearance certificate 2081/82, Company Registration & VAT/PAN Certificate) 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the categories applied for from similar organization (experience certificate or reference letter or related documents). 
• In case of hotels, ranking category (star, boutique, resort) should be clearly mentioned or attach the certificate for hotel within Kathmandu. 

Instructions for Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)

Interested companies or individuals are encouraged to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for each category. 

• Required Documents: All above-mentioned mandatory documents.
• Multiple Categories: Companies or individuals applying for more than one category must submit a separate Expression of Interest for each category, accompanied by the required documents.
• Category being applied for should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.

Companies can submit expression of interest (EOI) letter, above listed documents at our below address by 04:30 PM, Friday 29th May 2026.
