Sindhuli Integrated Development Services Nepal (SIDS Nepal) is a non-profit national organization established in 1994 and working in the sectors of education, health, livelihood, governance, and community development. In partnership with Childaid Network, SIDS Nepal is implementing the Kopila II Project in Hariharpurgadhi Rural Municipality, Sindhuli District, with the objective of improving foundational learning outcomes through quality education, supportive school environments, enhanced parental engagement, and strengthened local government support for education.

SIDS Nepal hereby invites sealed technical and financial proposals from qualified consulting firms or individual consultants legally registered in Nepal for the following consultancy assignment:

Key Assignment Areas

• Review relevant education policies, frameworks, and leadership guidelines. 
• Develop a competency-based Headteacher Leadership Development Training Package in English and Nepali. 
• Develop practical school leadership and management tools. 
• Facilitate validation workshops and incorporate stakeholder feedback. 
• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT). 
• Submit all required reports, materials, and editable source files. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience. 
• Proven experience in curriculum/training package development and capacity-building assignments. 
• Experience in at least three similar assignments related to educational leadership, school management, teacher development, or educational capacity building. 
• Strong understanding of Nepal's education system and education sector frameworks. 
• Experience working with local governments, schools, and education stakeholders.
