Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy Services: 

for conducting the Baseline Survey under Strengthening Water Utilities to Shift towards Climate-Resilient Water Services and Alternative Management Model (AMM) for Sustainable Rural WASH in Nepal

FOCUS Nepal is a non-governmental, non-partisan, and not-for-profit development organization working in Dhading since 2059 BS. Over the years, it has successfully implemented more than 60 projects in partnership with international NGOs, government agencies, and donors. Guided by its Strategic Plan (2024–2028), FOCUS Nepal promotes sustainable development through interventions in WASH, Food and Nutrition Security, Disaster Risk Reduction, Peacebuilding, and Gender and Social Inclusion, with a strong focus on evidence-based programming and local system strengthening.

Oxfam in Nepal, in partnership with Forum for Community Upliftment System Nepal (FOCUS Nepal), is implementing the Strengthening Water Utilities to Shift Towards Climate-Resilient Water, funded by OHK and Alternative Management Model (AMM) for Sustainable Rural WASH in Nepal in Jawalamukhi Rural Municipality of Dhading District.

The project aims to strengthen climate resilience, gender equality, and local humanitarian readiness through sustainable and climate-resilient rural water supply services. It builds upon Oxfam’s AMM, which promotes professionally managed Rural Water Supply Management Boards (RWSMBs), digital governance systems, and sustainable financing mechanisms.

Within the framework of this project, FOCUS Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individual consultants, consulting firms, or research organizations to provide consultancy services for conducting a Baseline Survey under the project "Strengthening Water Utilities to Shift towards Climate-Resilient Water Services and Alternative Management Model (AMM) for Sustainable Rural WASH in Nepal."

All interested and qualified applicants are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR) through email at procurement@focusnepal.org.np within office hours by 22nd June 2026 (CoB 5:00 PM).
