Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy service for the preparation of Policies and Strategy Plan of Barahathwa Municipality, Sarlahi

Place of implementation: SJP is being implemented in Barahathawa Municipality in Madhesh Province,

1. Information about the Organization and Programme

Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC) in partnership with People in Need (PIN) is implementing Security and Justice Programme (SJP) funded by UK International Development which aims to increase public safety and trust in public institutions by empowering communities to drive social change and fostering effective multi-stakeholder coordination for gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response.

Key objectives of this SJP are; a) to empower individuals with knowledge, skills, and agency to address GBV and b) to strengthen the capacity and coordination of local stakeholders to deliver effective GBV Prevention and Response services.

HOW TO APPLY?

Interested persons/organizations are advised to submit a package containing:

• The organization's activities and the expert's CV (in the case of individual experts, only the CV);
• Terms of Reference including work plan and number of people to be involved in the assignment;
• A cover letter
• Contact details of two references who can attest to the candidate's experience and professional qualifications.
• Copy of firm registration documents (if applicable)
• Examples of work done in the field of policy making (GEDSI, CIP, strategy of anti- child marriage and anti-dowry)
