Summary:

Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) Bardibas,Mahottaris a NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Health, Education , Livelihood, Protection and Climate Change Adaptation Mitigation, Chure Conservation, Disaster Risk Reduction Management, Biodiversity Conservation and Humanitarian Support including Organizational Development and GEDSI. It works with a vision for Building a Civilized and Prosperous Society with Equality and Social Justice in Nepal since 2006. It works with a mission to improve the lives of people through economic, social, cultural and physical transformation. It has been implementing the SPP-KOICA Project in Mahottari District in partnership with Save the Children International Nepal.

Position: Education Project Coordinator

Required No.: 1 (One)

Duty Station: Project Office Aurahi / Loharpatti (80% field visit in project area)

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

Education: Master’s degree in education or a related field from a recognized institution,

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience. or Prior experience in education program implementation is preferred. Experience working in multicultural environments.

Skills:

  • Facilitation skill
  • Proficiency in computing skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and rural communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Position: Education Project Officer

Duty Station: Project Office Aurahi / Loharpatti (90% field visit in project area)

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in education

Experience: At least two-three years of experience in the education sector.

  • Facilitation skills
  • Interpersonal relationships and coordination
  • Community Mobilization skills
  • Commuter skill (word and excel)
