Experience: more than 6 months in required field

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: NPR 18,000- 22,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook daily Venzo menu items
• Manage kitchen operation with other staff
• Ensure consistency in taste,quality and presentation of all dishes
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygine and cleanliness
• Supervise and guide kitchen assistant and helpers
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and food items
• Monitor raw material , semi finished goods , finished goods stock levels and inform management team.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Keep kitchen tools, equipment, and workstation clean and organized
• Support the team during peak/ busy hours

Requirements:

• Experience as a cook/chef ( Veg kitchen preferred)
• Knowledge of making Momo, samosa, spring roll, biryani/raita, samosa chat, puri tarkari, jeri, burger, sauce, pani puri, dahi puri, and fast food items.
• Hardworking, honest and responsible
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team work
• Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene
• Basic understanding of kitchen inventory management.

Additional Preference:

• Knowledge of eggless bakery items (plus point for your concept)
• Ability to innovate new menu items
