Consultant for Developing Workplace Harassment Policy and Training Package



ChildFund Japan Nepal (CFJ NO), an international non-governmental organization operating in Nepal since 1995, invites qualified consultants (individuals, teams, firms, or organizations) to express interest in developing Workplace Harassment Policy and Training Package. Our work in Nepal focuses on child-friendly and gender-sensitive education, child protection, disaster risk reduction, health, nutrition, and sustainable livelihoods—delivered through sponsorship and external grant mechanisms.

The consulting assignment will involve developing a comprehensive Workplace Harassment & Dignity Policy aligned with Nepali laws and international standards, creating a complete training package with tools and assessments, conducting a one day staff workshop to orient employees on the finalized policy, and providing clear implementation guidance to support long term compliance and a safe, respectful work environment.

The applications/proposals for both assignments must be written in English language and submitted through a single proposal/application. Applications must include a technical proposal outlining the consultant’s methodology and approach, a detailed financial proposal, an updated CV, samples of similar policy or training work, relevant registration and tax documents, and at least two professional references to demonstrate the applicant’s suitability and capacity for the assignment. Interested Nepalese firms/organizations or individuals meeting the qualifications and requirements as described in the ToR can submit their EOI. The proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Any proposal that does not meet the requirements will not be entertained. A proposal that meets the requirements and offers the best value for money will be selected.
