Service Area: Consultancy Services for training facilitation to peer education on life skill (RUPANTARAN- package) prescribed by WVI Nepal.

1.     Background and Context

Panchtara Yuwa Samrashak Manch (PTYSM), Jajarkot is implementing HATTEMALO for child well-being and Integrated Development Project with partnership WVI Nepal. The project is implementing in different district (Jajarkot, Dailesh And Khanchanpur ) using different project model, such as PROTECT, PROTECT-CP and Sponsorship Operating Plan (SOP).  Empowering children and Adolescent and communities to be resilient in building protective environment at communities.  This will be taken into considerations to develop safer, resilient, protective and empowered environment in the community for the children to thrive in their lives.

This Project also has focused to reach for children and adolescents, which aims to develop adolescent’s skills and help them become social agents for change in their families and communities, while empowering them to realize their rights, idea to protect them-selves and make resilient inside the community. Protective skill session teaches children to take more sensitive, well aware about the issues, reporting and responding mechanism and well aware about self-protecting idea. The adolescents will be trained on the curricula and they will transfer the knowledge to their peers and the groups in the community through a group-based curriculum. one training will be conducted for different adolescents on the Life skills for adolescents after which they will be able to deliver sessions for their peers in their community.

2.     Objectives

• Facilitation of ToT (10 Days) on Life and protective/Self Defense Skills (Suggested above) .
• Review of the Life and Protective /Self-Defense ToT after delivery of half of the session (date will be decided after consultation with the Partner organization)
• Consultation with the Partner and WVIN Protection Programme staffs for all necessary preparations for the assignment in the need of additional support required to conduct the training.
• Drafting and sharing the schedule for the training with Partner and WVIN Protection Project staffs.
• Ensure the TOT will as per the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the life skill manual. 
• The TOT should be delivered in a manner that equips the adolescents with tools, capacity and skills to deliver sessions on Life and protective/self-defense Skills to their peer groups. The training period should not exceed 10 days covering all of the modules mentioned above.
• Submission of the Completion Report of the training within 7 days of each training completion.
• The TOT is expected to deliver based on the attached ToR.
• The training will conduct in different district in Jajarkot, Dailekh and Kanchanpur 
• PTYSM Established One Year Long Term Agreement with selected One .

• Technical proposal for the TOT based on the ToR.
• Financial proposal based on above mentioned district in in details. 
• Legal documents of the consultancy firm.
