Job Specification:

• Education Level: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years or above experience in wastewater, water supply or building construction projects especially with reputed construction company with adequate experience on surveying, quality control, material management, construction planning, documentation and record keeping for ADB funded construction projects.
• Computer Skill Required: AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, SW DTM
• Professional Skill Required: Able to operate Total station, Auto level, able to make quantity measurement sheet, daily work program, daily work report, weekly progress report, control line and levels, construction supervision, quality control of construction materials and works, make workshop drawings, make as built drawings, maintain laboratory tests and records.

Job Description:

• Implement line and level of structure as per design drawing using Total station and Auto level
• Quality control of form work, concrete works, rebar works, brick masonry, plaster, piping and other civil construction works.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule, workshop drawings, construction schedule and as built drawings
• Documentation of construction works as per the requirement of contract in consultation with project consultant.
• Strong planning and coordination skills, ability to work independently on site, problem-solving and decision-making ability, time management and multitasking skills and able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Daily communication with Contractor’s Representative at Head Office.
• Regular consultation with Project consultant for quality construction works at site.
• Must have two-wheeler
• Must have own laptop
