Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Atharv Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a textile manufacturing facility having an end-to-end processing from knitting to fabric, is a newly launched Textile Manufacturing Company based in Chandranigahpur, Nepal. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented professional to join our leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth of a promising manufacturing enterprise. 

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 

Location: Chandranigahpur, Nepal

Head Office: Sanepa, Lalitpur, Nepal 

Work Station: Head Office with frequent visits to the factory site 

Reporting: The CFO will report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial management and stewardship of the company. 
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans. 
• Direct and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring processes. 
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and governance mechanisms. 
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director and Board of Directors. 
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury functions, and financing arrangements. 
• Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements. 
• Liaise with banks, regulators, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders. 
• Monitor manufacturing costs, profitability, inventory management, and operational efficiencies. 
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and capital expenditure planning. 
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution. Additional professional certifications are an advantage. 
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in the textile manufacturing industry is highly preferred. 
• Track Record: Proven leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, financial control, and business partnering, with experience dealing with Boards, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. 
• Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, deep knowledge of taxation and corporate governance, exceptional leadership/communication skills, and a high level of integrity.

Remuneration

Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.
