The Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards. The role involves menu preparation, ingredient management, kitchen operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Plan and prepare daily menus and special dishes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor food stock, ingredient quality, and inventory levels.
• Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Assist in developing new dishes and improving existing menus.
• Ensure timely food preparation and service.
