The Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED), in partnership with ICIMOD, is implementing the “Integrated Climate Adaptation Solutions for the Hindu Kush Himalaya Region (HI-CAS)” project in Roshi Rural Municipality, Kavrepalanchok, and Dhankuta Municipality, Dhankuta districts.

The project aims to promote climate-resilient and nature-positive livelihoods among rural women, Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs) through springshed management, the productive use of renewable energy for irrigation and drinking water, and the promotion of agrobiodiversity.

Under this initiative, CEAPRED intends to conduct a study on: Documentation of Indigenous Knowledge, Value Systems, Cultural Significance of Spring Sources and Agrobiodiversity for HI-CAS Project Implementation Sites in Roshi Rural Municipality and Dhankuta Municipality, and Preparation of Two Site Specific Knowledge Products

In this context, CEAPRED invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individual consultants to undertake the assignment in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Documents Required

Interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

• Technical and financial proposal, including a cover letter addressed to the CEAPRED Procurement Team.
• Copy of PAN/VAT and citizenship certificate.
• CV of the expert and copies of his/her highest academic qualifications.
