Caritas Nepal is the social development arm of the Catholic Church in Nepal. It is a non-political, non-profit making national NGO registered in Lalitpur, Nepal.

Caritas Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and qualified suppliers, vendors, consultants, firms, and service providers for the prequalification of suppliers to provide goods, works, and services for its development, humanitarian, and office operations during Fiscal Year 2026/27 (2083/84).

Suppliers who are unable to submit online may submit their applications via email: procurementdepartment@caritas.org.np / admin@caritas.org.np or in an envelope to the Caritas Nepal Head Office, Dhobighat -4, Lalitpur within the specified deadline.

Submission of an EOI does not constitute a commitment by Caritas Nepal to award any contract. Caritas Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.

Only applicants meeting the prequalification requirements will be shortlisted and included in the Caritas Nepal Supplier Database for Fiscal Year 2026/27 (2083/84). Inclusion in the database does not guarantee the award of any contract but enables participation in future procurement processes, subject to organizational requirements and procurement policies.

Interested applicants may apply for one or more categories of goods, works, or services and must submit their applications no later than 29 July 2026 (13 Shrawan 2083).
