Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Local NGOs: Bhotekoshi Flash Flood Response

Plan International Nepal seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from locally registered NGOs to partner in the implementation of its Bhotekoshi Flash Flood Response and Recovery Project in Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts. Eligible organizations should have a strong local presence in the target areas and proven experience in humanitarian response, recovery, and community-based interventions.

EOI Submission Deadline: September 29, 2026, 5:00 PM (Nepal Time)

EOI should be delivered to Plan International Nepal before 5 PM (NPT), September 29, 2026 (Tuesday) to nepal.procurement@plan-international.org with “EOI Bhotekoshi Flash Flood Response” in the subject line.

Please submit documentation that confirms your organization meets the following criteria in your application form.

Required criteria: Mandatory documents to be submitted with EOI

1. Has a valid Registration certificate with SWC.
2. Has a valid PAN certificate.
3. Has a valid Statutory Audit Report for Three Fiscal Years 2079/2080, 2080/2081, 2081/2082.
4. Has a valid Tax Clerance Certificate for Fiscal Year 2081/82.
5. Has a board-approved Policies (Financial, Human Resource, Procurement & Supply Chain etc.)
6. Has relevant program implementation experience in Response and Recovery programming.

Mandatory: Submit the Expression of Interest by completing the application below including.

Note: The final selection of the partner will be contingent upon funding and subject to approval from relevant authority. Plan International Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to award or not award the partnership without assigning any reason.
