Terre des hommes (Tdh), headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, is a leading Swiss non-governmental organization working in over 25 countries across humanitarian and development contexts. Founded in 1960 and active in Nepal since 1985, Tdh has implemented impactful interventions in Maternal and Child Health, WASH, Migration, and Access to Justice, with a strong focus on Child Protection. All initiatives are carried out in close collaboration with government bodies and civil society organizations to ensure sustainable and child-centered outcomes.

Tdh is developing a roster of potential vendors/suppliers in Bagmati, Lumbini, Sudur Paschim and Madhesh provinces with experience working in the following services. Tdh invites “Expression of Interest” (EoI) along with relevant services details.

1. Vehicle Hire (All over Nepal, specific to Bagmati, Madhesh, Sudur Paschim and Lumbini Province)

2. Air Ticketing (Domestic and International travel and Visa arrangements)

3. Office Supplies Designing (Diary, Brochure, Annual Reports, Poster, Notebooks, Leaflets, Sticker, etc.)

4. Office Supplies Printing (Diary, Brochure, Annual Reports, environment-friendly banners (paper banner), Poster, Notebooks, Leaflets, Sticker, etc.)

5. General Repair and Maintenance

• Electricity
• Inverter, battery, UPS
• Generator
• Plumbing,
• Air Condition
• CCTV
• Doors, windows, and locks
• Water filtration

6. Domestic and International Courier Services

7. Outreach Materials (T-Shirts, Caps, Bags, Cups, Pens, jackets, banner cloth, ID cards, Visiting Cards, stamps, token of love Items etc.)

8. IT Equipment Supplies (Laptop, Batteries, Charger, Camera, Photocopier, Headphones, Printer, Pen drives, Hard Drives, Telephone sets, Mobile sets, Cartridge Genuine (Canon-NPG-59, Canon-057, Kyocera TK-6110, and others)

9. IT Servicing & Repair Maintenance (Networking, troubleshooting, remote maintenance support)

10. Appliances (Heater, Water dispenser, Fan, Air condition, Hotpot, Kitchenware,)

11. Stationery and Office supplies (Pen, Notebooks, Rulers, Markers, Index files A4 Paper, sticky notes, flip chart, stapler pin different size, paper/binder clips etc.)

12. General Goods, Groceries & Cleaning Items (like Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Harpic, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Hand Sanitizer, Mask, Disinfectant chemicals)

13. Media House (Newspaper advertisements, Online publications, Photography, Videography, Production house PSA Radio production and broadcasting etc.)

14. Furniture and Fixtures and repairs (Chair, table, cupboards, curtain, carpets)

15. Hotel - Accommodation (Kathmandu, Sindhupalchok, Kavre, Dhulikhel, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Pokhara, Hetauda, Simara, Parsa, Bara, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahotari, Dhanusha, Siraha, Saptari, Janakpur, Bardibas, Banke, Dang, Bhaluwang, Pyuthan, Butwal, Kapilvastu, Surkhet, Bardiya, Kohalpur, KailaliJajarkot etc)

16. Restaurant/Lunchbox Services- (Food and Conference/meeting hall etc.), Kathmandu, Sindhupalchok, Kavre, Dhulikhel, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Pokhara, Hetauda, Simara, Parsa, Bara, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahotari, Dhanusha, Siraha, Saptari Janakpur, Bardibas, Banke, Dang, Pyuthan, Kapilvastu, Surkhet, Jajarkot etc)

17. Catering Service (tent supplies, chairs, food, musical equipment etc.)

18. Insurance Service Provider (medical, accidental, vehicle, assets, goods, travels)

19. Legal Services (Labor regulations, Tax regulations)

20. Translation Services: Spoken and written translation (English to Nepali, Nepali to English, French to English, English to French), including administrative and project-related documents.

21. Internet Service (corporate and other users)

22. Service for Psychological Counselling

B. Emergency Preparedness and Response Kits (EPREP)

• Hygiene kits
• Non-food items
• Winterization kits
• Non-medical assistance
• Go Bag Kits

Medical Assistance: First-Aid boxes & essential medicines. Vaccination services, Surgical products

Interested companies, suppliers, vendors experience working with Donor Agencies, I/NGOs, Government in providing services in one or more than one of the above listed goods/services are invited to apply. Please email the EOI in pdf format by 1st December 2025 on Tdh official email address: tdhnepal.procurement@gmail.com

The minimum required documents are as follows:

• Application letter
• Company profile no more than 3 pages
• Experience letters
• Company registration certificate
• VAT/PAN registration certificate
• Tax clearance certificates for the most recent year

Important Notice for Vendor Enrolment

• Applications will not be accepted if submitted documents are not valid or renewed up to Fiscal Year 2081/82
• Terre des hommes (Tdh) is developing a roster of potential vendors/suppliers with proven experience in the above-listed goods/services.
• This is not a request for quotation, but a request for enrolment into the Tdh Logistics Vendor Roster.
• All applicants will be subject to a supplier screening and verification process conducted by Tdh.
• Preference will be given to suppliers who meet environmental and sustainability standards.
• Please indicate if you are a past supplier or previously associated with Tdh. Note that past suppliers must also complete the full eligibility process.
• To prevent or clarify any conflict of interest, kindly inform Tdh if you have any personal or professional connection with current Tdh staff.
• All qualified companies will be included in the roster. Tdh will contact relevant suppliers for quotations as needed during 2026/2027, based on specific goods/service requirements.
