BID NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF PERSONAL HYGIENE AND CARE ITEMS

Green Tara Nepal, a non-governmental organization (NGO), through its Dignity for Women Project (funded by BMZ, Karuna Trust and Karuna Deutschland), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified venders/suppliers for the supply and delivery of the following items.:

1.  Ladies Panties

• Material: Good quality cotton fabric, soft, breathable, with strong elastic, double stitching, and proper cotton lining for hygiene.
• Quantity:
  • A. Medium (M): 2,500 pcs (Waist 28–30 in, Hip 36–38 in)
  • B. Large (L): 1,500 pcs (Waist 32–34 in, Hip 40–42 in)
  • C. Small (S): 1,000 pcs (Waist 24–26 in, Hip 34–36 in)

2. Hand Towels

• A good-quality, soft, absorbent, and durable, with a rectangular shape and neat stitching.
• Quantity: 5,000 pieces

3. Steel Nail Cutters

• High-quality stainless steel, sharp, durable, rust-resistant, and medium-sized
• Quantity: 5,000 pieces

Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit their quotations along with company registration documents, PAN/VAT certificate, Quotation, Tax clearance certificate for 2080/81, and product samples by 1st December 2025 (8th Manshir 2082) before 5 PM to the Green Tara Nepal office, House no 637/20 Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar, Kathmandu. Please mention “DWP-001: 2082/2083” as the subject envelop.
