Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for project audit

Terre Des Hommes Germany (TDH) is an international children's rights organization that promotes equitable development without racial, religious, political, cultural, or gender-based discrimination since 2009 in Nepal. TDH Germany has a project titled “Climate Protection Project in Karnali Province, Nepal”. TDH Germany is inviting Expression of Interest (EoI) from potential audit firms for the above-mentioned projects audit.

Required documents for application:

1. Firm profile of the audit firm
2. CVs of the audit team who will be involved in the project audit
3. Latest renewed legal document and tax clearance of F/Y 2081/082
4. Cost plan for the project audit
5. Self-declaration of no blacklisting.

Interested audit firms are requested to send the required documents to d.shahi@tdh.de on or by March 24, 2026. Proposals submitted after the last date/ incomplete proposals will be rejected. The link for the TOR is TOR Climate project Audit
