Call for EOI for ThinkPad T14_ Gen 6

WaterAid is an international not-for-profit organization, established in 1981, determined to make clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene practices normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. We change millions of lives every year, working in 26 countries to provide clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene. WaterAid has been working in Nepal since 1987. We team up with local partners, technical experts, governments, and communities to support the delivery of integrated WASH services and hygiene behaviour change programme in hard-to-reach communities, helping to transform lives. 

WaterAid Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible suppliers and vendors for the supply of Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 6 laptops.

Interested suppliers and vendors are requested to submit their quotations in the prescribed Request for Quotation (RFQ) format available through link provided to the email address below no later than 2 October 2026.

Required Documents

To be considered eligible for financial evaluation, interested suppliers and vendors must submit the following documents along with their quotation:

• Company Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (Fiscal Year 2082/83)
• Any applicable authorisation letters from the manufacturer/distributor
• Any other relevant documents supporting the company's legal status, validity, or eligibility
