Call for Consultancy: Training on Inclusive Pedagogy and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for Resource Class Teachers

Centre for Mental Health and Counselling Nepal (CMC-Nepal) invites applications from qualified individual consultants or firms to design and deliver a 5-day training on Inclusive Pedagogy and the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach for resource class and school teachers in Bagchaur Municipality and Chatreshwori Rural Municipality, Salyan District.

This assignment is part of the Empowering Inclusion and Enhancing Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities project, implemented by CMC-Nepal with financial support from Felm.

SCOPE OF WORK : The consultant will develop and deliver a participatory 5-day training programme covering: Introduction to Inclusive Education, Inclusive Pedagogy, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Classroom Management and Inclusive Environments, and Assessment and Evaluation. Total engagement is 7 working days including preparation, travel, training delivery, and reporting.

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or above in education or social sciences
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inclusive pedagogy and UDL facilitation
• Knowledge of child development, child protection, and resource class settings
• Strong report-writing skills in English and Nepali
