Business Development Officer

Job Specification:

• Identify potential business opportunities for the organization.

Stay informed and regularly updated on consulting opportunities or projects funded by various donor agencies within the assigned sector(s), and make necessary preparations in advance.

Communicate and coordinate with potential international and domestic firms regarding consulting projects in the assigned sectors.

Identify and collaborate with the most suitable international or domestic firm(s) possessing relevant consulting experience, strong human resources, and sound financial capacity.

Accompany and coordinate with international partners during their visits to clients and related organizations.

Identify and engage qualified local resource personnel for proposed projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Establish and maintain good relationships with resource consultants as well as potential national and international partner firms.

Provide support in the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and technical and financial proposals
