Job Opportunity: Associate at a law firm

An established law firm based in New Baneshor Kathmandu is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Associate. The position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in litigation, legal drafting, legal research, and particularly in corporate law and related areas of legal practice, while working closely with other lawyers in the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in court cases, case preparation, and case management
• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, legal opinions, and correspondence
• Provide legal and administrative support to senior lawyers
• Coordinate with clients, courts, government offices, and other relevant authorities as required
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• BA LLB degree
• Licensed Advocate
• Strong writing abilities 
• Proficiency in computer typing in English and Nepali, including Preeti Font 
• Good command of both Nepali and English languages
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a law firm 
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position. There is no fixed salary constraint for a deserving candidate.
