Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design development, project management, and site coordination, and will be responsible for managing stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Nepali building codes, NBC guidelines, and local municipal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through execution.

• Prepare, review, and approve design drawings, construction documents, and detailed plans.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall deliverables.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and provide technical guidance to the project team.

• Ensure full compliance with Nepali building codes, NBC standards, and local authority requirements.

• Supervise junior architects, interns, and drafting teams to ensure quality output.

• Present and justify design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Support tender preparation, BOQs, and technical specifications as required.

• Handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and project management.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed architectural projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and related design software.

• Strong understanding of Nepali construction practices, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

2. Architect (2+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and technically sound Architects with at least 2 years of professional experience to support design development, drafting, and site coordination. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working in compliance with Nepali architectural standards and municipal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptual design, layout planning, and 3D visualization.

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.

• Conduct site visits and assist in resolving design-related and technical issues.

• Ensure all design outputs comply with Nepali building codes and local municipality requirements.

• Support the preparation of design reports, technical drawings, and BOQs.

• Work closely with senior architects and project teams to meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Good command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools.

• Basic understanding of Nepali building codes and construction practices.

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and design sensibility.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
