Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Animal Feed Mill Operator to join a reputable agricultural operation in Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working in a feed mill environment. As a Feed Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality animal feed, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

      •     Operate, monitor, and maintain feed milling machinery and equipment

      •     Mix raw ingredients to prepare high-quality feed as per production requirements

      •     Ensure quality control and safety standards are met during feed production

      •     Maintain detailed records of batch production and inventory

      •     Clean and service equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance

      •     Adhere strictly to health and safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements:

      •     Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a feed mill or animal feed manufacturing facility

      •     Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues

      •     English proficiency is mandatory (IELTS score 4.3 required for visa process)

      •     Must be physically fit and capable of manual tasks

      •     Ability to work independently and as part of a team
