International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following positions, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.
1. Position: Dermatology Registrar (Readvertised)
Required Number: 1
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible for providing comprehensive dermatological care under the supervision of Consultant Dermatologists. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with skin, hair, nail, sexually transmitted diseases & Leprosy, while contributing to clinical education, quality improvement, and research activities within the department.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have MD in Dermatology along with valid specialty registration at Nepal Medical Council.
- Candidates with experience or freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates having skills in dermoscopy and dermatological procedures is an advantage.
- Training in cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures is an advantage.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in clinical dermatology, venereology and leprosy practice.
- Must have knowledge of dermatological procedure and treatment.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain hierarchy.
- Competence in medical documentation and electronic medical records.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage clinical priorities.
- Compassion and empathy towards patient, and has professional integrity and accountability.

2. Position: Medical Officer- PC
Required Number: 1
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is a part of the Palliative Care (PC) team providing a holistic clinical Palliative Care Services- inpatient, outpatient consultations; community home visits; day therapy support enabling adults and children with life limiting illnesses and their families. The Medical Officer will work collaboratively and closely with Green Pastures Hospital's multidisciplinary team; is involved with the various ongoing research and audit projects undertaken by the service; will be expected to participate in appropriate Palliative Care training and will contribute to strategic Palliative Care education and training.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have an MBBS Degree, registered at Nepal Medical Council.
- Must have Minimum of one year of experience in hospital service.
- Experience in pediatric care, palliative care, rehabilitation or community health programmes is an advantage.
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Strong facilitation and training skills along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Nepali.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Demonstrates compassion, empathy and resect when caring for children with life- limiting illnesses and their families.
- Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of and agreement with the values which are important to INF Nepal.
3. Position: Medical Officer
Required Number: 1
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible for providing safe, timely, and evidence-based medical care to patients admitted to the Accident & Trauma Room (ATR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Inpatient Department (IPD). The role focuses on initial patient assessment, stabilization, ongoing clinical management, accurate documentation, and performance of essential procedures within competency, effective communication with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and participation in shift-based service delivery.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have an MBBS Degree, registered at Nepal Medical Council.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
- Experience in emergency medicine, ICU or inpatient care is preferred.
- Must demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Must have leadership skills, cross-cultural skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good clinical history-taking, examination, and making relevant differential diagnosis skills.
- Must have basic computer skill and knowledge of software/systems related to hospitals.
- Good English Language skills both written and spoken.
- Must have proactive approach to patient care and must be honest and demonstrate integrity.
- Good understanding of, and agreement with the values which are important to INF.
4. Position: Project Supervisor
Required Number: 1
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder need to ensure the effective implementation of the Comfort Beyond Cure for Children with Life-Limiting Illness (CBCCLI) Project by coordinating day-to-day project activities, facilitating trainings, community engagement, caregiver support, beneficiary follow-up and project documentation, thereby contributing to the achievement of the project's objectives, targets and expected outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have diploma in General Medicine (Health Assistant) or Diploma in Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing (PCL Nursing) with minimum of 1 year of experience in health, rehabilitation, community development or project implementation.
- Bachelors degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work or related discipline is an advantage.
- Experience working with children, persons with disabilities or vulnerable communities is an advantage.
- Experience in organizing health trainings and community programmes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Internet). Good command of spoken and written English and Nepali language.
- Demonstrates compassion, empathy and respect towards children with life limiting illnesses and their families.
- Ability to organize multiple activities and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel frequently within the project area and work flexibly accordingly to programmes needs.
- Demonstrates commitment to INF Nepal Vision, Mission and Values and actively promotes dignity, inclusion and compassionate care for vulnerable children and their families.
5. Position: Senior Medical Officer
Required Number: 1
Location: Shining Hospital INF Banke
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible for contributing towards setting up, developing, maintaining and enhancing the technical standard of the dermatology and leprosy care of Shining Hospital INF Banke, aiming to make SHIB a specialized hospital for care of Leprosy and dermatology in western part of Nepal.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have an MBBS Degree, registered at Nepal Medical Council with a minimum of one year of post-qualification clinical experience. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in teaching, research, and community health is an advantage.
- Must have good people skills and good communication skills.
- Must demonstrate sensitivity and be able to keep all matters related to patient and work confidentiality.
- Must have leadership skills, cross-cultural skills, interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Position: Pharmacy Assistant

Location: Shining Hospital INF Banke
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible to dispense drugs and medicines to patients of SHIB (OPD, IPD) and others with doctor’s prescription with proper health education and counselling to patients. He/ She is responsible to maintain stocks, proper storage of medicines, labelling and keep all medicine inventory records and sales records including daily sales transactions.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have a diploma in Pharmacy, registered at Nepal Pharmacy Council with a minimum of one year of experience in relevant work.
- Good communication skills, knowledge of Nepali, Awadhi and Tharu language.
- A genuine interest in helping people.
- Able to keep confidential in all matters related to patient and work.
- To be honest and demonstrate integrity.
- Must have basic computer skill and knowledge of software/systems related to hospitals.
- Good English Language skills both written and spoken.
- Must have proactive approach to patient care and must be honest and demonstrate integrity.
- Good understanding of, and agreement with the values which are important to INF.
