Open Positions:

1. Math Teacher (One Teacher for Classes 4-7)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or  related field
• Experience: Proven experience teaching basic-level math.
• Skills: Ability to make math engaging for younger students, strong classroom management.

2. Nepali Teacher (One Teacher for Classes 4-6)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nepali, Education, or  related field
• Experience: Prior experience teaching Nepali at the basic level.
• Skills: Strong command of Nepali grammar and literature, excellent communication.

3. Math & Optional Math Teacher (One Teacher for Classes 8-10)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or  related field.
• Experience: Proven expertise in teaching secondary-level compulsory and optional math.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to prepare students for BLE/SEE examinations.

4. Nepali Teacher (One Teacher for Classes 7-10)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nepali, Education, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching secondary-level Nepali.
• Skills: Expertise in secondary-level curriculum, excellent student evaluation skills.

5. Academic Coordinator for Basic Level (1 Position)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a coordination or leadership role within a school.
• Skills: Curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, conflict resolution, and strong organizational skills.

6. Grade Teacher (One Teacher for Classes 1-3)

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Development preferred).
• Experience: Experience working with young learners.
• Skills: Child-friendly teaching methodologies, creativity, and immense patience.

7. Math Support Teacher (One Teacher for Classes 7-10)

• Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree with a strong background in Mathematics.
• Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching assistant experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to provide one-on-one or small group support to students needing extra help in math.

8. Office Boy (1 Position)

• Requirements: Minimum basic literacy (SEE/SLC preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar school or office setting is an advantage.
• Skills: Hardworking, reliable, and able to handle day-to-day office errands and logistical support.

Other Specifications (For Teaching & Coordination Staff)

• Setup: All posts are in a residential setup.
• Language: Fluency in oral and written Nepali and English.
• IT Skills: Good command of computer skills (MS Office package).
• Communication: Strong communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
