RKCNL iTech Limited, a rapidly growing technology company committed to developing innovative digital solutions for cooperatives, agriculture, fintech, and enterprise sectors in Nepal, invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for the following positions:

1. Dot NET Developer

No. of Positions: 2

Duty Station: Kaushaltar, Bhaktapur

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• Develop REST APIs and integrate with databases and third-party systems
• Participate in system architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core development
• Strong knowledge of C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks is an advantage
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodology preferred

2. Graphic Designer

No. of Positions: 2

Duty Station: Kaushaltar, Bhaktapur

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials (brochures, banners, social media creatives, presentations)
• Develop branding and visual identity assets
• Produce UI graphics for web and mobile applications
• Edit images, illustrations, and promotional content
• Maintain design consistency across platforms

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Fine Arts or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and branding work

3. Social Media Manager

No. of Positions: 1

Duty Station: Kaushaltar, Bhaktapur

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms
• Manage company pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns)
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong content writing skills in English and Nepali
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising preferred
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics dashboards

4. Web Designer

No. of Positions: 2

Duty Station: Kaushaltar, Bhaktapur

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive website layouts and user interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups
• Collaborate with developers for implementation
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
• Optimize designs for performance and cross-device compatibility

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Web Design / IT / Multimedia or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in web/UI design
• Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of HTML, Javascript library, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Understanding of UX best practices and modern design trends
