REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Nepal invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested and registered/eligible bidders/individuals for the Safeguarding and Complaints Feedback & Response Mechanisms (CRM) Capacity Strengthening Workshop.

1. Purpose

The overall purpose of the workshop is to strengthen participants' capacity to implement effective, safe, accessible and inclusive safeguarding and CRM, while establishing the foundation for ongoing peer learning and technical collaboration through a Safeguarding and CRM CoP.

The workshop will also establish a practical and sustainable Safeguarding and CRM Community of Practice to support continued peer learning, technical exchange and capacity strengthening.

2. Objectives

The workshop will:

• Strengthen participants’ understanding of safeguarding principles, standards, roles and responsibilities including PSEAH and child safeguarding.
• Improve implementation of safeguarding and CRM systems, including reporting, case management, survivor-centred responses, confidentiality and data protection.
• Examine self-assessment findings, common implementation and cultural challenges and emerging safeguarding risks.
• Enable peer learning and exchange of practical tools, resources, approaches, good practice and lesson learned.
• Identify priority organisational and collective safeguarding and CRM capacity- strengthening needs.
• Collaboratively develop and agree the purpose, membership, governance and operating arrangements of a Safeguarding and CRM CoP.
• Support organisations to define practical improvement actions and commitments for continued learning and accountability.
