Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC- Nepal) Lamjung works for the wellbeing of children, happiness of women and advocacy for governance culture. It has managed quality education, Child Health and Hygiene, Climate Change Adaptation, Nutrition and Resilience Livelihood, WASH, Local Governance, and Community Development initiatives that bring prosperity and wellbeing of vulnerable community.

Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC- Nepal) Lamjung, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal, is going to manage an initiative on Protection, Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan (PCESP) and Nutrition and Resilience Livelihood (NRL) Projects in Lamjung district. To implement Protection, Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan (PCESP) regarding well-being of children, development of households and community as well as resilience livelihood to save lives and reduce impact of poverty, RCDC Lamjung is seeking energetic, dedicated, self-motivated and professional personals as mentioned below. Position: Sponsorship Quality Control Officer

Number: 1 (One)

Major responsibilities:

• Ensure that Sponsorship Operations Indicator (SOI) reports are green and plan follow up action in case of variance
• Support Field Mobilizers to conduct and produce quality periodic mailings Annual Progress Report (APR), Seasonal Greetings cards and Child Expression Worksheets
• Develop child monitoring plan to ensure that all RC are physically sighted within 90 days as required by the standard as well as all RC’s Child Wellbeing is monitored every 180 days
• Ensure sponsor gifts/letters are well received from respective FO/ WV National Office (NO), verify the CCF and acknowledge the shipment
• Send all reply letters (IL, EL, FL, RL and GAL) to Field Office after proper review
• Ensure delivery of 100% APR/CEW and Seasonal Greeting cards on standard timeline
• Ensure all the Digital Correspondences are processed on time in field with quality assured
• Update the Horizon to latest version (Mobile/Desktop) and monitor and regulate the operation of Horizon Devices smoothly.

Academic Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor Degree (preferable Master Degree) in Development Studies, Education, Social Science or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years proven experience in sponsorship management project planning, implementation, monitoring. It requires to manage the Sponsorship Systems desktop, Horizon mobile application and data management to ensure the quality of data and efficient management of Sponsorship systems. It also requires identifying and managing data gaps in system / child data and child media contents. It also requires report writing, analytical skill and communication skill in English language and valid two wheelers license.

Duty Station: RCDC Central Office, Besishahar, Lamjung (with 40% field visit)
