Job Purpose

The Selection Coordinator drives TFN's Fellowship recruitment pipeline by  leading selection of outstanding university graduates and young professionals as Teach For Nepal

Key Responsibilities

Office Management / Culture

  • Lead and participate in RSM meetings
  • Active participation in Reflection, Check-In and team meetings

1. Manage the Funneling of the Candidates

  • Process First Review, First Interview and Assessment center
  • Send Acceptance & Rejection Email
  • Conduct Interview and Assessment center

2. External Communication Management

3. Support the Assessment Centre and Interview

  • Logistic Management (Interview and Assessment center)
  • Documentation of the candidates record
  • Proper disposal of non required documents

4. Documentation and Reporting

  • Regular update in CRM - Salesforce
  • Track and analyse the data to propose future steps
  • Regular documentation of engagements with the output
  • Managing excel for regular update of selection status

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years work experience (STEM & Business graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience working with young people is preferred
  • Experience coordinating events, campaigns or volunteer activities is preferred
  • Strong in both Nepali and English languages
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Willing to travel in and outside Nepal if necessary
  • Advanced skills in the office suite
