Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) for Hotel, Vehicle Rental, and Stationery/Office Supply Services.

People Promote Center (PPC), Dhanusha is a nonprofit, non-governmental, and non-political humanitarian and development organization working across all eight districts of Madhesh Province. PPC is registered with the District Administration Office, Dhanusha, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, Nepal. Its core thematic areas include Education, WASH, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Health, Governance and Advocacy, and Gender Equality. PPC works with children, girls, adolescents, women, youth, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups, in partnership with government bodies, development organizations (I/NGOs), and the private sector.

PPC invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified service providers to enter into Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for the following services:

1. Hotel and accommodation services
2. Vehicle rental services
3. Stationery and office supply services

Service providers may apply for one or more service categories, and for all or selected geographic areas, based on their pricing, experience, evaluation performance, and ability to serve PPC program locations. The LTSA period will be two years (or as required by PPC's programmatic needs).

Service Delivery Locations (Madhesh Province Districts):

Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, and Parsa.

Tender Submission Requirements

Interested vendors/suppliers must submit the completed application form along with the following documents:

1. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
2. Firm/Company Registration Certificate
3. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
4. Company Profile (if applicable)

Completed forms and required documents should be submitted to the email or in hard copy to the address mentioned below no later than 28 November 2025.
