Nepal is highly vulnerable to natural disasters and the impacts of climate change, including earthquakes, floods, and extreme weather conditions/events. These hazards disproportionately affect women and newborns, revealing critical gaps in the maternal healthcare system, especially in crisis affected areas.

This project aims to enhance the resilience of maternal health services in two disaster prone districts, Jajarkot in Karnali Province and Rautahat in Madhesh Province, by strengthening local policy frameworks, improving service readiness, and establishing climate resilient model health facilities that can be replicated across the country.

ADRA Nepal is requesting sealed quotation for supply and installation of 1 KW and 2 KW Windmill at Bhagawati Health post, Nalgad, Jajarkot from qualified suppliers.

Details of request for sealed quotation:

The agency has an option to submit either a hard copy sealed bid or an electronic copy of the quotation. Electronic quotation with subject line “Sealed Quotation for Windmill” including requested supporting documents should be submitted through email to tenders@adranepal.org. Similarly, hard copy of the sealed quotation with all requested supporting documents may submit in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Quotation for Windmill” at the following address:

Instruction and Required Documents:

1. Suppliers are requested to provide sealed quotations for both 1 KW and 2 KW capacity windmill.
2. Requested to provide quotation in letterhead mentioning details specifications including brand, model, catalogue, Warranty, delivery period, after sales service, parts availability and Annual Maintenance Costs (AMC)
3. Experience letter for the similar service/supply
4. Manufacturer authorization certificates
5. Company/Firm Registration
6. VAT/PAN certificate
7. Latest Tax clearance certificate
8. Technical License / For applicable only

Deadline for submission of the quotation is January 31, 2026. Quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted and considered non-responsive. 

ADRA Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
