Job Description

Fishtail Dairy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Supervisor to manage sales operations and strengthen market presence of our dairy products in Bharatpur and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor daily sales routes, distribution, and collections
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
• Ensure proper product availability and brand visibility

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Dairy/FMCG preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Valid two-wheeler license required
• Good knowledge of Chitwan market will be an advantage
