Sales Officer

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct regular field visits to hotels, resorts, lodges, and hospitality businesses.

• Identify new sales leads and convert them into active clients.

• Present and demonstrate software products (HMS, Smart HMS, Channel Manager, POS, etc.).

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Prepare and submit detailed visit reports and pipeline updates.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication.

• Provide basic product guidance and coordinate with support teams for onboarding.

Market Research & Branding

• Gather market insights on competitors, pricing, and trends.

• Support promotional activities, events, and product awareness campaigns.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree running or completed (Management, IT, or related preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or client visits (hospitality sector preferred but not required).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Must own a Motorbike and a Laptop.

• Valid driving license is mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
