Company Description

MinErgy Initiatives is a non-profit, non-governmental organization registered with District Administration Office and affiliated with Social Welfare Council in 2011. The organization works to improve public health, children’s education, renewable energy access, environmental preservation and climate disaster resilience.

About the Project

Gosaikunda Rural Municipality, located in the Northern part of Rasuwa District, is among the areas hardest hit by the recent devastating flash floods in Nepal. MinErgy Initiatives is collaborating with Gosaikunda Rural Municipality to provide relief materials to support children affected by the floods and help them prepare for the approaching winter season. Therefore, we would like to procure the relief materials as specified below to support the affected children.

Request for Quotation

MinErgy Initiatives invites quotations for the procurement of the following materials:

1. 500 sets of tracksuits (Nepal-made)

• 100 sets for 3 – 5 years
• 100 sets for 6 – 8 years
• 100 sets for 9 – 11 years
• 200 sets for 12 – 16 years

Specification of tracksuits

• Two-piece Super Poli fabric tracksuit
• Jacket – Full-length front zipper, stand-up collar, long sleeves, two side pockets
• Trouser – Elastic waistband with two side pockets; straight/tapered leg

2. 500 pairs of closed canvas shoes

• 100 sets for 3 – 5 years
• 100 sets for 6 – 8 years
• 100 sets for 9 – 11 years
• 200 sets for 12 – 16 years

3. 500 pieces of woolen caps

• 100 sets for 3 – 5 years
• 100 sets for 6 – 8 years
• 100 sets for 9 – 11 years
• 200 sets for 12 – 16 years

4. 500 pairs of socks

• 100 sets small size
• 200 sets medium size
• 200 sets large size

5. 500 sets of medium size school bags (Nepal-made)

Specifications of bags

• Size: 12 x 16 x 4 inches
• Inside heavy fibre
• With tiffin and side water bottle pockets
• Handle stich
• Back part with heavy cushion

6. 500 sets of hygiene kits including the following items:

• Hair Comb – 1 pcs
• Toothbrush – 2 pcs
• Toothpaste – 100 gm
• Soap – 2 pcs
• Lotion/Cream – 100 ml
• Sanitary Pads – 1 pkt with 8 pcs (Nepal-made)

Eligibility Criteria

The firm must submit the following documents for minimum eligibility.

1. Firm/Company Registration Certificate
2. PAN Registration Certificate
3. Tax Clearance Certificate

The quotation should be submitted in Nepali Rupees and the quotation will be analyzed on least cost basis.

Interested applicants are requested to submit the quotation along with above requested documents electronically by 5 PM on 30th September 2026. Please mention ‘Quotation for the Supply of Relief Materials’ and email it to info@minergynepal.org.np.

The applicants may wish to submit quotation for all or selected items from the list of materials mentioned above. Please submit a separate quote for each material. The shortlisted applicants will be requested to send the sample material/s for further assessment.

Note: MinErgy Initiatives reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, wholly or partially, and to annul the procurement process at any stage without assigning any reason.
