Habitat for Humanity Nepal seeks quotations from qualified vendors to enter into a Long-Term Agreement for Vehicle Rental Service for our official use. The service is needed at our office locations:

1. Central Office, Dhobighat, Lalitpur
2. Satellite Office East, Biratnagar
3. Field Office East, Bardibas, Mahottari
4. Field Office West, Dhangadhi, Kailali

To submit:

Interested vendors/suppliers should submit their quotations along with the documents mentioned in the RFQ format to procurement@habitatnepal.org

Please write “RFQ_Vehicle Rental Service” in the subject line of the email and submit the quotation no later than 24 August 2025.
